I'd try and work out exactly what I needed to deal with and if there are any positive outcomes possible.

I would check what the 'friend' gains from it and find out why they did it before deciding what to do about the 'friendship'.

snap was having a laugh at work and someone said they were gunna do it and didn't, we were laughing and joking having a banter you do it, no you do it, no no you do it. She didnt boss backed her up and I've had my first ever written warming. I talk to her at work and play nice , but I've removed her from my f/b and mobile. She's a liar and a bleep

a quandary, could you change my mind?

Head down while you finish the last few weeks..

Then delete / brake contact completely with them.. (well that's what I did)

Remove all negativity you can from your life..

# Don't let toxic negative people in your head # raise the rent and kick them out!!!!

I'd be really angry and want to know their justification, before taking a decision. It's really not on. I accept lots of trust from others and don't ever break it - I don't even consider it, and I'd be really upset if I did. I'd feel a broken person and would find it hard to be comfortable with myself.

Due to my high standards, I do expect similar standards from others. I wouldn't rule out getting violent, should someone betray me (I did type violet, but I'm not going violet!). I'd probably find any reason to be a pathetic excuse and not reasonable in the slightest.
