Just to be clear, a forum social is for people who chat on the forum to meet to put faces to names properly and drink tea and just have a chat. It's not a sexual free for all where everyone will be walking round with tits out and dicks flapping.

I had my name down for two forum socials last year (unfortunately things came up and I had to miss them) one was at xstasia and I think the otherr was at jaydees.. wasn't it hotbottie and sex on the beach who organised them

I went to a forum social for the fitness forum I was on, was about 25 of us so not that many but we went to this pizza place in London somewhere, can't remember where but they served the pizza on these hot plate things. Place was nice, could talk and see everyone round the table then went to some bars afterwards.

I just noticed your username after I posted!

Fuck knows mate, that day was the first time I'd ever been to London, after inwasnkver the shock of going on public transport and the tubes I was just in a whirl. Was needed by people that lived in London and travelled all the way across. The place was outside a square type thing with stone slabs on the floor outside, if you crossed the road on the corner would've been a tesco express!

These things are always too far away anyway. It's like nobody would come all the way down to Cardiff or Bristol that's about as far as I'd be willing to go at the moment.

A motel would be good, somewhere to have drinks and or a meal and then some rooms for those that want to sleepover

I happen to know someone that owns such a place but it's down here obviously.

Yeah and you have no idea the amount of organisation that went into that. Had to wait weeks for people that were on cuts for competitions, had to wait for people to slowly adjust their cheat day by a day so it eventually fell on a weekend for us to meet!

ine of the reasons im reticent to organise forum socials being honest..that and the number of nasty individuals who tell lies about others behind their backs..

sometimes its politics gone mad and i dislike the forums intensely at the moment..

yes i should take a break from it all,but most of all i wish people would stop being so damn false, up their own arses and non inclusive, maybe then organising a party might seem worthwhile...

I think sometimes we can view comments written down as sarcastic or bitchy but I guess we don't know the person or if they're just making a joke.

Someone told me they thought I was an arrogant prick, he told me so. Then he realised I'm actually funnier than him and he just couldn't handle it initially.

We're good friends now though.
