Do you have any theories, maybe scientific, that possibly go against mainstream thoughts?

A little evidence and justification would be helpful. (The flat earths theory is discussed in another thread).

Black holes, are the creators of gravity, and galaxies, also producers of new universes.

Although I could be wrong,

there's a first time for everything.

Menston near Ilkley

The worlds oceans are 1,370,000,000,000 square metres at an average depth of 3.790 metres.

So how the fuck can a melting of the ice caps raise the ocean by 2 metes as the daft buggers claim? Do they think we're all daft?

Menston near Ilkley

There are 28,700,000 cubic metres of ice cap and glaciers in the world and it's not going to raise the oceans a lot is it?.

If the ice caps melt the oceans pump stops water gets colder and refreezes. So wither flood or ice age then back to normall. Lol

There is only a single time line. The Time line may be pushed slightly off course but will bring itself back on line. If an event changes the time line, time will bring itself back on course.

As an example, if Edward VIII had not abdicated in 1936, he would have been King until 1972 and our Queen would have been crowned as his heir albeit 20 years later.

If the French revolution had occurred in the late 19th century, it may have taken on a Marxist edge, reverting back to a new democracy upon the fall of European communism in the late 20th century.

Of course, for every theoretical scenario, the word 'if' becomes important. My late grandmother once told me "If your aunt had balls, she would be your uncle"!

Global warming is self defeating. As the world warms people will turn off their heating and use less fosil fuels so stopping global warming.

Due to the effect warmth has on the libido, multiple sex acts cause undue friction and heat. Globe warming continues due to sex!

The universe is NOT expanding but it IS rotating. Big Bang theory is wrong.

If Einstein was correct then NOTHING can travel faster than the speed of light [thus it is a fundamental constant]. his whole theory of special relativity is based on this premise.

However....the HST has probed deep space and observed galaxies 14 billion light years distant. As the light from these galaxies has taken 14 billion years to get here....we see them where they WERE 14 billion years ago. [with me so far?].

If Big Bang theory is correct then the universe is 15.7 billion years old...starting from a singularity.

This means that the distant galaxies have moved 14 billion years away from our point in space in a period of 1.7 billion years.

If expansion is equal in all directions then assume our point in space was moving away from them also, we can half the distance to 7 billion light years travel for each point in space [us and the galaxies]. Since 7/1.7 = 4.11. Then both the distant galaxies and out point in space would need to be traveling at an average speed of 4.11 x the speed of light!

There you go....get your heads round that theory!

Global warming could be solved by conversion of Carbon dioxide to laughing gas, with the Carbon used as graphite in pencils. The computer industry has resisted this as they don't want people writing and drawing, whilst laughing and having a good time, instead of using technology and being glues to their screens, like Pokémon playing Muppets.

Black holes distorting the speed of light and time itself. I blame them for everything space/time related. A black hole is the culprit that made me take another couple of days holiday in Devon when I should really be getting back to work. Pesky things!

Hmm let me see

Drink 3 litres (or whatever the amount is) of water every day.

Eat 5 portions of fruit every day.

Salt is bad.

Depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain.

Global warming.

Amongst others

I've heard this theory that suggested Penelope Pussycat did not have a great ass. The theory was abolished however as no evidence was found and the researcher went MIA

You are only thinking about the observable universe. Any parts of the universe which are further away than the distance which light can travel since the light was created cannot be observed. Also you are thinking about the points in space moving, better to think about space being stretched and every point moving away from every point except where gravity can overcome the expansion.
