Could have been better in truth.. Went to Butlins then to mum's for a week..

I enjoyed several meals that werent on plan, but for the most part made a good effort.

Came back expecting a stone gain (it was THAT bad at times).. and managed to have a 2 lb loss :D

lol too kind.. i appreciate some men like the extra plus size ladies of the world but im not comfortable in my skin this way and slowly trying to change :D
