Good evening Fabbers, Friends and Forumites .

I hope you have all had a splendid day.

Pooch and I have been in the garden, tending the lavender bushes. Pruning the roses. Some rather delicious scents and colours.

The sun has popped out here ,the makings of a beautiful evening. We shall sally forth for a wander n the orme later.

This evening we will be taking a jolly splendid kite with us. I cant wait to see it soar and dive in the dying light of the day.

So chums in the words of Mary Poppins and dick van dyke

Lets go fly a kite .

Who likes flying kites ,its impossible not to smile when flying one

We have a massive killer whale kite

Have fun

Taff poppins and Dick Van Pooch

I've never flown a kite. My Dad loves kites, but when I was little on holiday I was only allowed to stand next to him and watch. I bought him a kite for Father's Day this year. He still won't let me fly it.

Taff, when I said yesterday I was up a mountain... Well, I was flying a kite!!!! If I let the Cubs hold the string they'd probably have ended up in Fife!!
