It's been a hard week and the forum has been quite difficult to say the least today so dishing out the cuggles for those in need.

My reason is that today has been really good in many, many ways but I have committed to do something a tad scary, stressful and outside of my comfort zone.

Long term use of diclofenac, so more meds changed and additional one's to help with the pain
