I tried to order breakfast without eggs in an American diner once, all the kitchen staff came out for a look, I thought they were going to call the sheriff

When I worked nights I'd regular come home and have a cooked dinner at 6.30 am, people used to say how can you eat that this early but when you've just got back from work it didn't feel like breakfast, though I as told at 6.30 am work or not it was, so I'd say would you come home at 6.30 pm after a 12 hour shift and have a bowl of cornflakes

Half way through a shag last night, I started thinking about rice pudding. Post shag at 5am, cold rice pudding with a blob of apricot jam was my early breakfast. Yum.

Haverfordwest

As a teenager, my first experience of Chinese food was cold from the Hostess trolley from the night before, because I didn't want it on the night.

It was normal, however, to have trifle for breakfast, or there were times I would eat sausages straight from the fridge. No, not cooked sausages, uncooked, cold and raw. No idea how I went through that phase and survived.

We're still not quite convinced it classed as food.

I think reconstituted plastic might be a better discretion

Choice of two

Large Donna Kebab with chilli sauce, garlic sauce and salad (was at a music festival, the vendor was a bit surprised to get someone asking for a kebab at 8am)

Or a cup of tea with two weetabix put into it, stirred until it's a all gloppy, then and added sugar stirred in as well

I have never tried it, never want to, nor be in the presence of anyone in the process of eating it, but I think balut would be the weirdest thing that anyone could possibly want to eat.

If you don't know what it is, do not look it up.
