If all smokers switched to vaping smoking related deaths would reduce by 80,000 in the UK alone and possibly by 1,000,000,000 worldwide.

Judging by the smoke Hut at work they already have

Did you know that employers are now supposed to give vapers their own place to vape away from smokers? This is to protect us from the dangers of second hand smoke and assist us to stay smoke free. It has also been suggested we get extra/longer breaks as we absorb far less nicotine (can't see that happening though as its unfair to the non-vapers/non-smokers).
