when i can be bothed to get up and dressed,i need to go food shopping,take son to nursery this afternoon,that my day ,or if stay nice go for long walk again .

I got up at 6.30am, walked to the gym, swam 40 lengths and then walked to work!

Nah... it seems to work the other way for me... the more exercise I do the more energy I've got! Sore ribs this morning though... can't decide if it was the sex or the gym though!!

forumite is a lucky lad then hope he likes the words, i am down in sunny cornwall and will be out on the beach for a stroll then a coffee before going back to work on my laptop, cheers

My little girl made me a 25min dvd of all the pictures of her life so far with some meaningful songs, i received flowers, cards, a best mummy keyring, a mum ornament, and hundreds of kisses and cuddles.. where she got the money to buy those things i don't know lol
