Black thong white dress?

I was in boots yesterday and there was a hot woman in her 20's in a white dress and you could clearly see that she had a black thong on under her white knee length dress.

What do people think to this? Right or wrong etc?

I regularly wear flowy white cotton pants with thongs underneath in varying colors. I know it will be noticed and I'm fine with that.
