Ive just dropped something on the floor and i have a very light coloured carpet and i cant find what ive lost. I think the carpet has eaten it

I am barefoot and no it couldnt have been my knickers cause im not wearing any. It was just a bit of my mouse, but cant beleive i cant find it. Not as though ive got a patterned multi colour carpet
