A few of the tips from Mystics/Sages for a successful and fruitful life;

- Less food (based upon the maxim that the stomach is the worst vessel that one can fill)

- Less sleep (as it makes one lazy and unproductive)

- Less unnecessary mixing with the people (difficult to explain to new disciples )

not at all i have walked a path for a very very long time..most of those who deem themselves spiritual just dont get the unknown side of the known and its pointless trying to hurry up their journey..they will get there if and when they get there x

the path chooses you, there isnt a choice. first you embody the concepts stated, then you embody the opposite to what you have embodied...this brings you to a balance point which is totally unshakable..then you drop the lot because you know the known, and only the unknown is progress...simplez...lol, no its not..but i wouldnt if i were you.. freedom and personal power are lonely things to wield x
