I'd suggest they probably meant they weren't attracted to you. They could probably have been more tactful, but you could also try to be less sensitive!

Strangely, I have. Fat as I am I met someone who said I looked bigger in my pictures (usually it's the other way around ).

It's a confusing thing this attraction game...I've had some replies saying they're attracted then others simply delete a face pic. Don't rely on the feedback of those who don't wish to meet,it's just preferences...and never listen to those being so cutting. What their motives are only they can say...possibly.
