So as I was driving to work I smiled at a lady walking down the street, she smiled back, an instant feeling of happiness engulfed me.

Today I suggest everyone should share a smile with a stranger.

So many people seem to walk along glued to their phones. It seems we have lost the ability or intrest at smiling at strangers.

I used to never smile. Is see someone, think wow, try to smile, panic, look away.

I do smile or smile back now. It's s nice feeling

I smile at folk all the time and hope that it'll get them smiling back.

I often smile at people while out and about. Most look at me as if I've gone mad or have 2 heads.
