Yoga helped to banish my bingo wings!!

No... this is not some ridiculous headline from a red top newspaper...

my bingo wings really have been reduced drastically and I only took up yoga about 6 weeks ago

however, I'm having a bit more trouble shifting the 'mummy tummy' .. I had better start getting serious

i'm doing the vacuum thing, got recommended it in another topic today. it hurts my lower back a bit but i can feel it working out my lungs.

plus i can do it sat on my arse so bonus.

I do pilates and water aerobics and have lost my gunt which was at the beginners stage. Still have a mummy tummy, but I need that for winter warmth

Yeah, she's good. She does Ashtanga yoga, I think. That's the more energetic one. A friend muttered once, "That's not yoga. That's PE!"

Try the 30 day boot camp. That's really good.

Don't mock yoga, I do it as a man and it complements my other training. Great for conditioning, toning and flexibility

Lol no, it was a turn of phrase.. I get slated for it by other guys for doing it.

I always say "don't knock it..." Lol

It was a way of rehabilitation for me when I was injured in Afghanistan. Its lead on to better things and I teach it now it's cool )
