Funny advice

What's the funniest bit of advice you've been given?

Mine was "don't go to Chatham".

I wish I had heeded this advice.

Learning to drive a forklift truck many years ago. The blades weren't quite going into the eyelets of a pallet. A Nigerian driver came up to me and said "A pallet is just like a woman. Sometimes she doesn't want to take the full length but you just have to force it in"
