Yeah have my foot, back, ankle, and stomach done so I'm pretty ok with pain my threshold is scarily high! More worried about heat and sweat!

Oh ribs hurt. Just don't do what I've done an leave it a year between sittings. Partly due to money but I also know how much it bloody hurts! Absolutely no shame in tapping out when it comes to your ribs. Good luck

Thank you. It's for my grandad who died of heart failure due to pneumonia hence on my ribs so it's on top my lungs and near my heart x
