Kebabs, love em or hate em

I did like a nice Doner with all the salad and garlic mayo, but I then worked in a kebab making factory in Wembley, saw for myself the way they where made and it out me off.

I wasn't making them tho I was doing maintenance there.

I then switched too chicken shish which again where very tasty, and a tad more healthy lol.

A kofte aint too bad either....

So love em or hate em

Absolutely love them but haven't had one in about 4 years. Any variety, everything on top.

Having said that had the worst food poisoning ever from a kebab about 10 years ago. Almost shat my kidneys out of my arse .. (too much info?)

I make my own, minced lamb with the right mix of herbs. I've discovered for me it works best baking them as little balls. Nice salad and chilli sauce into a warm pitta bread, it's gorgeous.

Love a kebab. My local one does a combination of lamb shish, chicken shish and donner meat. Sometimes there's so much meat they have to put the salad in a separate box
