Nope. I never worked a job in the US that didn't have air conditioning and I've never worked a job in the UK that did

I can't even open the window because they are doing construction outside and it's so loud

Ive started doing everything in reverse from today. Chores and housework in the middle of the night, go out before it gets hot then nothing in the day.
