What punishments would stop your habits that you find hard to control?

I'd include anything as a possibility, including having to suck the next 50 who fab or message you. What stubborn habits have you got that you'd benefit from saying goodbye to them?

Or should we decide the punishment for you?

I am too but I considered a nibble of some chocolate already - a £1000 fine would deter me though.

I have extremely high power of will. I can drop habits and addictions without much problem so I don't really need any detterents however like curious have said a reward would be welcome.

Some hotels have automatic sensors, noting when you pick up mini bar drinks and snacks. This could be the way with our homes soon, where mischief is noted.

Take some chocs now, before big brother arrives.
