One of mine likes to bask and get heat d*unk. During this she doesn't like being disturbed but she still came and cuddled up last night which to be frank I could have done without last night. The other one is always more solitary so it is hard to tell with him.

little house on the praire

I dont have cats i have 5 furry babies my whole life revolves round them. There all old as i adopt senior cats. They just laze around all day, they all get on brilliantly, occasionly an odd scuffle will break out as with any children.

I said i wouldnt have anymore but have found myself sneajibg on the rescue centres website to see if any oldies are in. I bloody love my cats

Mind you the little buggers ate my sea the other day. cant buy it here so i get it off line opened a packet was really looking forward to it and when i went to eat it "someone" had chomped their way through half of it.

My Own Little World

One of mine is a bloody idiot.

Spent yesterday in my south facing conservatory, the hottest room in the house, plus he is all black and they soak up the heat more. He isn't called Death Wish -DW, for nothing.

Another mad cat lady here though I've 'only' got 3 (at the moment) .... we lost one a few weeks back

. Have had 5 at a time which is just right for our house and location ... feel a visit to the cat home coming up after our holiday ...

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

Mine's a Maine Coon which I adopted. He's lolling on the coffee table right now as I think it's a bit warm for him. He's bred for the harsh winters typical of Maine.

He's a bit dog-like. He sits up and begs, plays fetch and shakes himself dry like a dog. He doesn't meow either. He just makes funny chirruping noises.

When I return from my hols I'm looking to get a young cat from the sanctuary as company for him.

Our two are just bloody irritating! Ones still a baby at 9 months and the other is nearing on 4, they fight like brothers do and fairly work together when it comes to getting food haha the older one sits at the top of the hall not quite growling but almost saying to the baby - I have the food at my end, what you got! As the baby sits at the door blocking his path out haha horrid furry little monsters but we wouldn't change them in all the world!

We only have two one is a real princess and very affectionate but prances around like she owns the place.

The other is a male stupid idiot, least agile cat ever very aloof and only wants fussies on his terms and when he does he is a fuss machine literally won't leave you alone

He also cannot meow just a croaking noise.

I'm worried about putting mine in the cattery. He's never been in one before. He's quite a nervous shy thing.
