Seems alot of ladies are a long distance from me which got me thinking (I know dangerous at this time of day)

How far would you be prepared to driverify to meet for a social and far for a meet?

For me personally as I love to drive anyway I think maybe an hour and half maybe 2 for a meet

An 11 hour round train journey was about the furthest. Worth every second though so it was all good. Definitely a one off though. In future it's a better idea to meet somewhere a little closer!

Been to Skipton. Once. Wasn't worth going back for but enlightening to say the least.

Travelled to Widnes once to turn around as there was a sudden family emergency. Next day he had a new verification.

These I meet locally only

I'm still yet to find out how far I would be prepared. But I look at local women to mail. I've not looked past maybe 100 mile. Past that and it could never be regular.

little house on the praire

I never used to travel. Always had them come straight here then i decided to get off my arse and its been brilliant. Still do my play meets at home but am more open to travelling for them but i always do a social first and am happy to meet half way or whatever is easiest for us both, i rely on trains so realistically no more than an hour but i make a day out of it.

Its working brilliantly

Central

I mix my other travel plans and ideas, rather than exclusive trips.

I'm off for cowboy cock, to Texas in a couple of days - but getting ridden by a cowboy isn't the purpose of the trip, just a bonus.

I think some would potentially regard meets with very long distance travellers as a little more unreliable than mire local people though. I may be wrong.

We are miles from civilisation, so have to travel at least an hour to our nearest club. We will travel and don't expect people to come to us every time.

Ive had a couple travel from shropshire to Edinburgh for a meet and returned the gesture by visiting them.

For the right people I wouldn't put a limit on distance but would make a weekend of it and enjoy a long weekend away.

I travelled 2 hrs to the lakes , I was seeing my best friend but arranged a social before dinner, I then returned the wk after as I knew an invite for a wkend was not to be missed , drinks n dinner on him and not much sleep ... Was well worth it ! X not something I do often but ground work n build up does work .. Being made to feel welcome n safe , not all single males are the same . Not I'm in your area u fancy a fook message ! Xx

I'd travel to the end of of time for the right people. The distance isn't a problem, my free time is!

I am slowly trying to compile a route that will take me up the M6 corridor onto the M74 and Glasgow, jump on the M8 for Edinburgh and back down the A1/M towards Leicester and then head back home. Your probably looking at a week off and around a 1000 mile trip to do that but what a great week.

If your interested, talk to me. I can't make it happen by myself!

It all depends on the person, the circumstances etc.

I used to drive 90 miles but he would come here too.

Train for 110 miles to see a great friend.

I won't travel far for first meet though. Been let down before.

Before I met my ex and had children I regularly used to drive to York and Nottingham to meet up with regular FWB's. Guarantee on the return journeys I'd always get lost (no sat nav) and end up on outskirts of London

These days if I meet I stay local due to school drop off/pick up.
