Non existent, if I have a nap in the afternoon, on a Sunday, I don't get back to normal till Wednesday, and Sunday evening I'm a zombie

I find mine helps me de-stress from work and be ready for round two, refreshed for the evening, or I am still on work mode. Saying that, after the nap and dinner, I usually get back to catching up on work anyway ...

I can't sleep in the day it makes me feel ill, I haven't napped since kids were newborns and I'd do a boob feed and fall asleep with em.

Even on a Sunday when kids are with their dad I get up before 9 or I can't sleep Sunday night and I'm screwed for work.

There's a fella at work who can sleep for England. He gets to bed at 8am after nights and sets his alarm for 8.30pm to get back in to work for 10. He's a crazy mentalist mind, he basically sleeps, works, sleeps.
