Went to bed at 1 and found myself waking up every hour, I never have a deep sleep when I drink vodka

Has anyone used apps that monitor your sleep? I tried one that worked one night then failed on the rest of them - maybe my sleep was too problematic.

I've used the soothing sounds apps. They help when I can't sleep.

I slept well, wont up at 3 with a solid erection got back to sleep and it was still up at 6, females are lucky they don't have this hassle

Brighton - even Hove!

I got up at 8am which is a 2 hour lie in for me. Slept well even though it was 19 degrees at 11pm last night.
