Its going to be hot. Blackened salmon .. lots of salad, crushed baby minted potatoes, asparagus and edamame beans, chantenay cartots in sesame and caraway butter

Or

A moroccan style lamb stir fry with lemons, ras el hanout and harissa marinated lamb served with tabouleh and green salad
