I have investigated the said Uni comprehensively and cannot find ANY evidence whatsoever that they have done any research on Swingers and their lifestyle - ever. I think someone at some point, thought that they might have done, and put up the disclaimer, which spread faster than Chlamydia on a College campus during freshers week!

Let's be honest, we are a secretive bunch outside of our community and as it has such a wide range of interests and activities, with people from such diverse backgrounds, it would be hard to put a theory together and then do the research.

In truth, if someone were to use information gleaned from sites like this, nicked photos and published them, you would have recourse to legal action, regardless of what you put at the bottom of your profile.
