It was my birthday yesterday and it's our wedding anniversary tomorrow. Hubby has got me the coolest present ever a one hour helicopter lesson.

Marc once got me a helicopter ride from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon with a Champaign lunch at the bottom of the canyon.

That probably wins for me.

Congratulations if he has but it is well worth checking the small print. If he's given you a voucher for '60 minute lesson learning how to expertly handle a chopper' it might not involve helicopters...

Ali here. My best present was when Mark asked me to merry him, we were at a Falconry event, I had the leather gauntlet on and when the Hawk landed on my arm , my engagement ring was tied to its foot and then he asked me

My sister and I once bought my dad a ticket to fly out to Hong Kong to see her while she was working there and we hid it in a shoebox with a pair of cheap shoes and gave it to him for Christmas. My sister then arranged for his brother, who he'd not seen for a few years, to secretly fly from Canada to join them. Twenty odd years ago and I'm still proud of that one.

My ex step son had a star named after me.

I thought it was an extremely sweet present!

I'm not sure if it is genuinely official but it comes with lots of paperwork describing where it is in the galaxy.

I don't really care, I thought it was a lovely gift and he was very proud of himself so that's good enough for me.

Congratulations on the birthday and anniversary

I had an antique Rolex watch for my 21st and a weekend in London with my mum to see some shows. The following years birthday was a long weekend in New York, with my mum. I loved it, felt so at home there.

Enjoy yourself - it'll be great fun I'd imagine!
