Booked a manicure today, nothing strange in that but after 46 years its the first time ive ever had nails and they are long enough and i dont need to have acrylics put on, im impressed with myself.

Im going to bottle and sell all this new will power i have found

Well i wouldnt say mine are brilliant, there still quite fine and breaking but i keep filing them and they keep coming back stronger. But it will take a good while for them to be nice. Plus i have deformed fingers but it doesnt make them look so bad now

my nails are in terrible shape through work, so every so often i get my daughter to do the acrylic nails for me, always makes me feel more feminine with nails done

I dont go out much I don't smoke so my one treat is that I have my nails every 2 weeks and a spa pedicure once a month. Its lovely

Turn left at the Singing Ringing Tree

I had my first ever manicure about 5 months ago, as I was going away for a couple of days with a friend. Long and short of it was, that on the way to the appointment I gave myself a black eye and the person who had taken the booking had put me in for something else than what I had wanted!

So, I had nice shaped plain nails and a beautiful shiner for a sexy weekend.

I had a manicure for the first time last week and removed it after 24 hours because, I too can do a better job myself!

Its not so relaxing knowing you are being ripped off!

You will love it, first time is a bit of a shock when they all just cling to you but after first couple of minutes you will be fine
