Unwell family memember

Hey all you lovely fabbers

I just looking for advise if possible got a family member suffering terminal cancer and just wondering if any one out here be up for chats at times either advise or just a perk me up at times? I know this is somber for this site but I know there some fantastic ppl on here.

I'm really sorry to read that a member of your family is poorly.

Have you also looked on forums of sites for cancer sufferers and their families as I know they exist.

You just might find more people there who are going through something similar.

Happy to chat here too as I've watched a family member go through it.

Have a look online , there are lots of forums. Macmillan definitely have one. It might help.

Whilst I understand you're looking for someone to share experiences with and bounce off, maybe Macmillan would be a good place to start. We've used them in our family when going through similar circumstances.

Know exactly what your going through mate, my dear ole mum has months left with us due to the same thing.... amongst lots of other problems with her too.

If you need a chat, message us, either me or Mrs are mostly always free

It is with trying to work ect is well it horrible. And just seeing her in bed unable to do anything is "

I know luckily at the time my work where pretty good about time off although she was in hospital for 3 weeks moved to a hospice on the Friday and by the Monday she was gone. It's a real heartbreaking experience but at least you get a chance to say your goodbyes just remember and focus on the good times and know when they leave it's not really goodbye and at least they are no longer in any pain xxx

My nephew also has it but a braver person I've never met. He never complains or thinks he's hard done by. Love that wee trooper to bits

Yea she refusing to go to hospital or a hospice so we're gotta look after her at home
