Tough question...it's hard to pick one..I'll go with horseradish ...strong flavours I love. And I use about 1/3 of a jar on a roast dinner and wow it burns my nose but I love it.

Wholegrain mustard I love too but put it in cooking rather than on the side.

Wasn't just me then, I tried it once and thought it might have been off because it was hot, I love hot stuff but that was like 'woooooohhhhaaa'
