Gourmet Night

Been watching Hell's Kitchen on Netflix and it's made me starving, so I'm gonna treat the Mrs to a home made gourmet night.

Menu is:

* Seared Scallops with leeks and lemon chilli butter

* Rack of lamb on a ratatouille bed

* Caramel and chocolate pot with biscuit and nut crust

Served with Stella Artois (neither of us like wine )

Should be worth a blowy at least

There is no jus there or a palate cleanser.

Can I recommend some spunk followed by mouthwash? Much posher.
