North West

I'm getting seriously fucked off with this rain!

Are we having a summer this year or have the EU decided we can't have any sunshine now with us leaving?

Just a couple of sunny bloody days! Is that really too much to ask for?

I'm sooo glad I invested in a hammock in the spring!

What a feckin waste of money that was.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I got slightly sunburnt yesterday.

I was outside for about 4 hours. When I set off it was about 25°C, very humid and heavily overcast. I was sure it would rain. I took an umbrella. I didn't think I'd need sunscreen.

It remained like that for more than 3 hours, and it did rain, then suddenly the cloud just sort of blew away. All of it. Leaving a clear, bright blue sky and blazing sun.

And I had no sunscreen. I was out in it for perhaps 20 minutes. My face and arms are all slightly burnt. Fortunately the rest of me was covered up.

I am ridiculously fair and do burn easily but that was just silly.

My forehead and nose are sore.

Bloody weather.

Did you drop off to sleep for twenty minutes one afternoon in May? That was summer and I'm sorry but you missed it.

So it's your fault then. Send it back straight away else you've ruined it for the rest of us

The Spanish are helping us out...

Once we leave the EU, the hot weather will stop at Calais.

OK, maybe not...lol

I blooming hope so we live near the beach and haven't spent one single, solitary day sunbathing and paddling.

Don't care, soon of to the South of France for a month for a guaranteed summer. Where's a dancing icon when you need it!
