Been up and out with the hound, a nice gentle 5 miler,

Now back home showered, coffee and croissant to hand

I wish I could run. I'm just not built for it.

I end up tensing my shoulders and upper body to try to counteract the pull of bouncing boobs, (even in a sports bra. It's impossible to control them completely), and it makes it very difficult to breathe properly. I have exercise induced asthma too, which really doesn't help.

Add to that ankles with a tendency to 'collapse' and a knee which never quite recoved from having a load of cartilage removed years ago, running is just not for me.
