anal sex ........ and the after problems

ok wont go into the ins and outs but had some anal a few days back and damaged myself ...... anyone know of any creams to help with the whole healing process

Depends how you have damaged yourself. If you are cut you need something to fight infection. If its caused a pile you need heamoroid cream.

Seriously if you have really damaged yourself go to the doctors. You dont know what you could of done

Anal fissures can sometimes happen if you have been constipated too.

You really do need to see a doctor, the best cream to help is only on prescription.

I'd also suggest taking something like lactulose to avoid any straining at the toilet for a few days.
