Any ideas for a naughty all inclusive adults only holiday in Dominican Republic or Cancun, or anywhere else abroad, for a mature overweight couple, where we won't feel self conscious

Every tourist resort has a mix of people

Some have conventionally good bodies, but the majority will have a wobble here & there

A lot of people don't like their own reflection, a lot of others have areas on their body that they're unhappy with

'Self concious' comes from within

Embrace yourselves and the choice of location won't matter

Go and get it booked and have yourselves a bloody good time - with, or without, clothes

Hedonism in Negril, Jamacia?

I can't review it as I have only stayed at neighbouring hotels, and once been rescued by the Hedonism resort boat. However, the people staying at Hedonism that I saw were very typical Americans not the young, body obsessed types seen on marketing material etc.
