Ever been caught having some outdoor fun and police turned up?? Do you get cautioned? A ticket??

Think it depends on where and when

If there is a chance of offending public decency then yes

But if it's 12am in middle of nowhere with no minors around then it's upto the discretion of the police officer I guess.

The problem is where does the discretion stretch. Front page local newspapers in front of courts or a just put it away and move on .

A while ago me and a friend where just sitting chatting in a quiet spot. Two policewoman came creeping up the middle of knowwhere were quite abusive taken our details and asking why we were there and because my friend dave had travelled ten miles they wanted to know why he had come that far. The interagation went on for ages and when they did tell us to move on they followed us to make sure he dropped me at home and then followed him all the way back to hes. What pure cows and we were doing nowt anyway. Twats!

Met a couple up a quiet road just off a motorway junction. Had some fun then was the hubby's turn. I was standing by the car when I saw some blue lights coming. I gave him a tap and told him but they carried on.

Cop seemed to find it amusing and asked if I'd spoilt their fun or had he spoilt all our fun.

The new sexual offences act made illegal things which are often connected with "dogging" e.g. voyeurism. Although consent is an issue of debate, if plain clothes police are around a dogging location you may well find yourself in criminal trouble.

We were genuinely grabbing a sandwich in a car park once after a long drive. Had our names and addresses taken by plain clothes police and told our registration number had been noted for future intelligence purposes. Ridiculous but than again, the police have nothing better to do, do they?

It's not illegal to be in a place known for dogging, if it's a public place. If you have sex in public, taking precautions to not be seen and without intending to offend others etc, then there's no real offence.

Having condoms and lube with you is also not something to be worried about, as they can't be used as evidence for anything. Which is great, as deterring safer sex would be an horrific cost, if it helped policing somehow.

The police should also not make unreasonable demands upon you and there's likely no reason that you should be expected to move from a place that you have legal access to.

Few cars parked up, no one watching, I'd just sat up when a police car raced on the car park with the lights flashing. Pulled up at side of us n said if we're doing anything naughty to take it to a hotel or at home.

When we first started our relationship we never had a place to go for sex so his estate car was the next best thing (if cars cud talk that one cud have told some dirty tails) so one nite out crushing looking for a nice quiet place for me to get a pounding we found wot we thought was quiet enough to get among it but to our horror a police car pulled up behind us and flashed there lights, we thought is this a dogging site and someone wants to join in with us well that was till i rolled down the window with tits hanging out and looked in descust to see 2 coppers coming towards us. As to say they asked us just to get on our way. We did and 20min later found another out the way shagging place but low and behold who should pull up rite next to us but the same 2 coppers, we were then thinking maybe they do want to join us so i wind down our window and sed "plenty to go around" we were lucky that they did see the funny side but did tell us if they catch us again tonight we wud be spending the rest of the nite in a police cell.

I was caught by the popo last week, they didn't realise we were fuckin in the car, once we got out and they clicked on that's what we were doing they just smiled and told us to carry on they were just checking we weren't committing suicide.

Turns out my usual car fun spot gets used for side alot
