I have been on and off this site for years and we have all Had to contend with time wastes and was wondering what people thought about

"name and shame"

I don't want to appear a grass or a bitter and twisted fabber but am getting fed up.

Have spent all morning chatting to Some one. Sent pics. Chatted at length on kik. Arranged to meet in Nottingham. No clue to being a time waster. Got there waited just didn't turn up and now I am blocked.

Any thoughts

I believe not turning up when you have arranged a meet is a reportable
