think you may have left it on a bit long, general rule of thumb is about 15mins.

you can remove it and put it back on but let the bloody flow for few mins first

Depends what you want them to do. And I think there are to many individual variations to give a 100% accurate answer.

For me some of them make my erection a bit harder but they also make it harder to orgasm.
