Was given a bottle as a gift, now I don't normally drink the stuff but apart from tonic, anything else this can go with?

make gin fizz with fizzy elderflower cordial and tonic water...

its lovely and very refreshing

You could make martini's there's a million recipes but basically 60ml gin 20ml vermouth and shaken over ice yum!

You could make a Vesper cocktail. Gin, vodka and Lillet. It's the original James Bond cocktail that has one hell of a kick
