Hey all,

There is a place near me who does this and I am getting so fed up of shaving every other day, anyone had this done? Any advice? What's the pain actually like? Etc etc

Cheers all

Just use hair removal cream, I recommend boots own brand intimate hair removal cream as it's more sensitive than veet. You'll get a very soft smooth area. I like to do guys bum holes.

Last time I tried something like that it burnt like hell. I prefer waxing as it lasts longer and the pain is temporary

Had ot done about a year ago, wasn't nearly as painful (or embarrassing) as I thought it would be. On a scale of 1-10 I'd put the pain around a 4 or 5 at most, and even then it's a momentary sharp intake of breath kind of pain, rather than an "oh my god I need to scream the house down" type.

The female waxer who did mine was completely professional and kept up a line of chat (much like a barber would) throughout, explaining what she was doing and how she wanted me to position myself.

The end result was incredibly smooth, much smoother than can be achieved with a razor.

Make sure to go along trimmed to about half a centimetre, and follow the aftercare instructions and it'll be fine.

Only drawback for me was to keep it that way you have to go back every 4-8 weeks and I couldn't justify the £40/session cost.

I shave in the shower with oil...takes a couple minutes and leaves the area very smooth and no rash like shaving foam. Have shaved with oil for about 30 yrs now.

Try magic shaving powder, works like veet without the burn if you leave it on too long.

Does my nuts really well, even if i let the hair grow too much.

mix of almond oil and sandlewood oil....add some cold pressed coconut oil as the carrier. Great for massage too.

Trust me they're used to it...and any boner will soon disappear once the waxing starts!!

If you want more information check out the website of the place I went Gorilla Warfare which has lots of excellent info and FAQs about intimate waxing for men, including covering the "boner" question!!

Bought some on recommendation from a fellow Fabber and found it difficult to get the right consistency. Might have to give it another go for the summer.

I found a place that did male intimate waxing not too far away and as has been said, wasn't anything like as painful or embarrassing as I'd thought originally. I also would say pain wise, it would have been 4/5 out of 10. The home waxing kits are nothing like you get in a salon and best left on a shelf imho

If you're that bothered about your cock, choose staff that you don't fancy.

Waxing is straight forward - they make the effort. Even if you end up with a different treatment option after, such as magic, at least you'll know what the wax treatment results are like and the mediocre 'pain' threshold from it.

There's a fab social here where it gets done, as an icebreaker for new guys.

Love the thought of it being an ice breaker!

I hate shaving but do make the effort but ass holes are awkward, the thought of someone else doing it seems a no brainer.

I now have new goals lol

The woman who used to wax me when I lived in Berkshire did a lot of intimate waxing for guys.

She said guys almost always get an erection during waxing. They're used to it. Don't worry about it. If she's at all experienced and professional she won't be bothered.

It's normal.

Soemone above asked about consistency of magic powder.

We mix it to a thick paste, almost tooth paste or poly filler consistency, and a thick bristle brush ( hair colouring i think) i am sure you could use your fingers it really doesnt burn, and like anything if the tingle starts to get uncomfortable then wash off immediately. just get in the shower and use fingers and the hair just rolls into a ball and gone!

I have very fair sensitive skin and not been burned yet, even after ten minutes. its the only way i have confidence in that does not hurt. And lets face it, the scrotum is very hard to shave well yourself.

would suggest doing it day before play though just in case as getting hot and juicy may have an effect like after any hair removal really.

I have tried them all, the standard is fine, but also the Aloe vera one is very good, if you can tolerate veet etc then any of these should be ok.

For C though, they dont work on her at all which is strange, it even worked on full length pubes on me.
