...that I'm in a very very good mood today.

I'm feeling tip top which I assume means that I'm over the worst of my hypochondria.

Plus, it's nearly Friday and I'm going out! Not just out but out out. And with a very very nice man too. Bonus!

I've also had a very nice message (no not you) about the Alton Towers Social which is looking good. Get your names down folks!

Finally, I'm popping into my new job (I start Monday) to complete some paper work today.

I just wanted to share

So, what are your plans for today and are they making you smile?

I sometimes feel like an outcast because I must be the only person in the country who does not like tea. Looks like mud. Tastes like mud.

Try to remember how you feel right now. So next time when things seem to go against you. You will know that for every day things are bad there's a day when things are great.

I could probably write something bluesy called 'tea will get me through'

(the words not the music, I have no musical ability)

It doesn't quite fit with Gladys Knight's song, you'll have to write new melody!

OK, mind you if it was bluesy, doesn't that follow a formula anyway??

Sort of but blues poetry often doesn't have to follow a formula, it's the content rather than the form.
