Have come of the depo injection and gone on regular pill first period in three years its a killer x

Paracetamol, ibprofen 1-2hours later and a hot water bottle helped me when I had period pains, that and a hot bath, hopefully passes soon for you!

Not meeting

The pill, antidepressants & prescribed Diclofenac but I am diagnosed with Endometriosi

As I'm over 40 I can no longer take the pill. Am currently taking Norethisterone so I have no periods at all. But this is very short term as I am a high cancer risk
