I'm a fugitive from justice - I have overdue fines of £11.50 owing - on a bloody library book!!!!

The thing is - it's a book on Mindfulness!!!

And I haven't even read it!! (obviously!)

I think you should have just bought it, as it's cheaper. Is the librarian nice? They might let you off? Mine usually does.

I have a copy you could have borrowed.

My daughter did this, about £15 in fines. I just told them she had lost the book and paid the £9.99 to replace it.
