If anyone is interested ive lost a stone in a mouth on a very healthy diet..

Breakfast..2 slices of wholemeal toast,no butter 1 poached egg with sliced tomotoes.

Luuch..Chicken or fish,jacket potatoe and salad.

Dinner..Fish or any lean meat with heaps of Vegatables.

If you feel hungry or have sweet cravings,make up a bowl of sugarless jelly and eat it whenever you want,and drink loads of water.

We are what we eat and that's the truth. Dont touch the letter C....Coke,Cake,Crisps,Cookies,Cheese,Cream,Crackers,Chocolate.

Got to have a mixture though ,Mr Colgate as that's when it gets boring and you give up,we need certain foods to keep our engines going .

Went on the smaller plate diet.

Never went back to the oval plate's or really changed my diet just ate less.

Have lost over 3 stone in a year simply by changing how much I eat and cutting out things like sneaky bars of chocolate between meals, and to be honest I don't feel like I've missed out on anything. For example a tical days intake for me used to be:

Breakfast: Big bowl of cereal covered in sugar or four slices of toast

Lunch: Two sandwiches, a bag of crisps, a cake and a piece of fruit

Dinner: Large plate of whatever (usually finishing Ms G's and our daughters plates off too)

Plus assorted bars of chocolate, or cakes when I fancied in between.

For just over a year now typical intake has been:

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal (no sugar)

Lunch: One sandwich, a piece of fruit

Dinner: Smaller portions (and try to stay away from Ms G's and daughter's leftovers!!)

Barely any chocolate or cake between, except for the occassional treat.

I eat healthily anyway

lots of fish/chicken/vegetables and fruit and fruit teas

try not to snack between meals and NO bread whatsoever..it works for me

I was 22 stone seven months before my pic of me all in white on my profile where I was around 14.5

I did it by drinking loads of water, just one meal a day and exercising.

I also got rid of diabetes too
