"Have lost over 3 stone in a year simply by changing how much I eat and cutting out things like sneaky bars of chocolate between meals, and to be honest I don't feel like I've missed out on anything. For example a tical days intake for me used to be: Breakfast: Big bowl of cereal covered in sugar or four slices of toast Lunch: Two sandwiches, a bag of crisps, a cake and a piece of fruit Dinner: Large plate of whatever (usually finishing Ms G's and our daughters plates off too) Plus assorted bars of chocolate, or cakes when I fancied in between. For just over a year now typical intake has been: Breakfast: Bowl of cereal (no sugar) Lunch: One sandwich, a piece of fruit Dinner: Smaller portions (and try to stay away from Ms G's and daughter's leftovers!!) Barely any chocolate or cake between, except for the occassional treat. Mr G" well done | |||
