My ex is South African... after I while I occasionally mimicked his accent and he caught a little bit of Yorkshire from me.

My family emigrated from Sicily when I as a kid, because I was quite young when we came here I don't have a foreign accent, however older members of my family do

I love mimicking my elders my Nan sound like the woman off the dolmio advert she refuses to speak English infront of me because I take the piss, I usually get a slap round the head

It's all done in good spirit though

I adapt very easily I'm going to adapt my Caribbean accent I said something before in patwa without knowing I was going to I'm ready to be Renounced now.
