Not veggie crisps...well sort of...was eating out last week and tried some fried potato skins...what you peal off the spud and usually throw away. Bit of seasoning on and they were lovely. Never would of thought of frying peelings myself.

anyone tried doing home made deep fried parsnips? they are delicious. Take a tattie peeler to them, so that they are in long strips, and throw them in hot oil. When the are ready douse them in salt and ground pepper. Yummmm
