"Hey everyone, I am wanting to quit smoking but I have tried in the past but I always seem to end up with a cig in my hand and I want to know if anyone has been successful at quiting and how did they do it? " It's early days so far for me but seems to be going ok. I quit last Thursday. I did cave in when my car broke down last weekend but only had one. I'm using niquitin minis lozenges, 4mg. Also using an e-cig for the odd times when i'm really craving badly, such as first thing in the morning when i get up and after a meal. I have tried previously and failed so hopefully this time i can keep it up | |||

"I don't smoke so haven't hadto quit, so I can't offer advice on that but I hope it goes well. It's a great goal to have, particularly if you aim to work in the health and fitness industry, so stick with it Perhaps think about how you'd motivate clients to stick with health goals they find difficult and try to use those methods?" This is one of the reasons why I want to quit, it doesn't set a good example lol | |||
