"Omg over past 3 days have got key scratches on my car "
you sure it's a key? Not by passing hedgerows on country lane? Are they deep?

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

Is your car parked on the road overnight? Is it happening to neighbour's vehicles as well?

Find a local detailer. Some of the scratches may be removed with a two stage machine polish and the deeper ones could be sorted with the correct application of a Chipex kit.

Personally I think anyone does that is a low life pathetic wimp. If you have a problem with someone then at least have the balls to say something to their face!

The police dont want to know ,reported it time and time again,to get my car road worthy again and looking how its meant to look ,cost me over a thousand pounds, electric mirrors are over two hundred pounds.and the door sprayed, and labour is 35 pounds an hour ,just because if vandals.

"Do you park on the path causing people with pushchairs or wheelchairs to have to use the road ?"

Not sure how that justifies vandalism

Don't get me wrong it annoys me when people do that but I don't think somebody has the rights to vandalises peoples property just because they are inconsistent when parking

Some people are cunts.

I bet it will be someone you don't expect doing it. Some middle aged woman rather than the teens you think of first off. Isn't CCTV allowed as long as not overlooking another drive?

A friend of the family bought his dream car in the late 80's, each week the tyres got slashed and scratched. In the end he got rid of it, due to the Fucking idiots Damaging it.

Its worse ,as my car is parked on a disabled bay that we use because of my elderly mum ,and the vandals can see that, but they dont care they still trash it.

I've got cameras all round my place, provided you've not got them directly pointing towards someone else's property(snooping) I think it's fine

No and people should not be forced into the road due to selfish parking. If a car is accidentally scratched by a pram or wheelchair having to squeeze through or a mirror is knocked out of alignment then that is a consequence of the drivers antisocial behaviour and I say they deserve it.

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

My brother used to regularly get brand new cars from his company as he used to drive up and down the country as part of his job. Often, mercs, beamer, audio. He constantly had trouble with vandalism, scratches, dents, eggs thrown at it, ariels. One day he'd just brought home a brand new beamer estate. It'd been in his drive 10 minutes when he heard an almighty crash. Ran outside to see the teenage boy opposite running out of the drive. A neighbour was also a witness.

He spoke to the mum who seemed to be of the opinion that it was kind of deserved because 'you're always getting new cars' (I shit you not).

Her attitude rapidly changed when he stated;

A) none of them belonged to him

B) the company who owned them were a big, global, powerful one with clever lawyers

C) there had been a witness willing to give a statement to the police.

She begged him then to let her son off the hook. Unfortunately, my brother was not the one who could do this as it was up to the owner.

Needless to say they pressed charges and she was forced to foot the bill.

End of vandalism.

I don't condone vandalism but it makes me chuckle that one of my neighbours has been driving around with wanker scratched into the side of his van for over a year after he annoyed the local kids by cutting down a tree they regularly played in. The reason for chuckling is that he is a right tosser. In this case the tree was on public land and he should never have touched it but beyond that he has a nasty reputation for being explotative and threatening.
