Truvada prophylaxis treatment means that some people who have bareback will be as safe as others. And people who are hiv positive, who have effective medication, will be lower risk in general than others who don't know their status but assume they're no or lower risk status.

Condoms still carry risks, even not fully protecting from hpv viruses. They can break etc.

Just let yourself manage your own risk/safety level and others do the same.

Actually thinking this isnt true.

The cylinder is a racheting system.

For the weight to bias it to the bottom it would need to be truley free spinning it would most likley stop with the bullet in the 3 chambers on the "up" side of the spin (left for a clock wise turning barrel) as thats where it would lose most energy and most likley to fail to over come the ratchet.

The cylinder is a racheting system.

Did you really just day that washing doesn't stop disease?

This isnt the 1800s any more.

Soap or disinfecting gells will kill pretty much everything on your hands.

Thats why post operative infections are not a certainty like they used to be

Actually thinking this isnt true.

The cylinder is a racheting system.

For the weight to bias it to the bottom it would need to be truley free spinning it would most likley stop with the bullet in the 3 chambers on the "up" side of the spin (left for a clock wise turning barrel) as thats where it would lose most energy and most likley to fail to over come the ratchet.

It's the same with the "I get checked every month" brigade. Really? What a waste of nhs funds you are. 2 weeks after unprotected sex and every 3-6 months if your using protection or not having sex with a different partner every day. But I'm guessing if you'd ever set foot in a gum clinic you would know this as this is the advice given!

lm going to say I've never in all my years of clubs seen anyone wash or use wipes when swapping from woman to woman or guy to guy x or mouths. x

Nobody has claimed any sex act is 100% safe.

You said, initially, handwashing doesn't kill bacteria and other infectious organisms. In the most part it does, if it's done properly.

Changing your claim now doesn't make your original point less wrong. And defensive bluster doesn't make that less obvious.
