"Stupid question I know,but does anyone have one? I've just bought one and all I want to do is scan and copy something at the mo,but the paper keeps jamming. I haven't used it yet so there's nothing in there. Any ideas before I lose my patience? "Try YouTube. Type in the model number. The chances are someone will have reviewed it. Try YouTube. Type in the model number. The chances are someone will have reviewed it. You may get your answer there.

"Have you removed all the tape and packaging correctly? They tape up most of the moving parts, you may need to open it and check again for coloured tape" I think I have I can't see anything else,does it matter what type of paper I use?! | |||

"Shouldn't do as long as it's not really thick paper. The printer should have some built in diagnostic utility, have a look in the manual, should be a case of pressing a couple of buttons and let it do its thing" It keeps coming up with an E and 3,but I can't for the life of me see what that means | |||
